Axonic Capital Partner and Head of Commercial Real Estate, James Jordan, was featured in IREI’s “Scaling Down: Institutional Real Estate Denizens Ponder Smaller Properties,” sharing his perspective on where institutional investors can find value in smaller commercial real estate transactions.
Jordan notes that sourcing, diligence and closing any commercial real estate deal require a similar level of time and cost regardless of transaction size.
