Mr. Mastrandrea joined Axonic in 2023 and is focused on underwriting and evaluating investments across Axonic’s commercial real estate debt and equity strategies. Prior to Axonic, he was an Associate on the real estate team at BlackRock focusing on high yield debt asset management and private equity acquisitions. Mr. Mastrandrea graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a BS in Applied Economics and Management, concentration in Finance, and a minor in Real Estate.
