Ms. Barnes joined Axonic in 2026 and is focused on asset management and CRE operations in support of Axonic’s opportunistic portfolio. Prior to Axonic, she was the Real Estate Controller at Taconic Capital Advisors, where she was responsible for the oversight of all investment-level financial reporting for Taconic’s CRE business. She previously was an Assistant Controller at Madison Capital, where she managed all corporate and financial reporting of Madison’s real estate portfolio. Before that, she was a Senior Property Analyst at DRA Advisors, and an Audit Senior at Weiser LLP (now known as Forvis Mazars). Ms. Barnes earned a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
