Ms. Franco has been with Axonic since 2026 and currently serves as Director on the Operations team. In this role, she is responsible for investment operations, supporting a range of functions including position maintenance, process development, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Axonic, Ms. Franco was Operations Manager at Taconic Capital Advisors LP. She also held roles as Fund Operations Analyst at Man Investments and Operations Associate at Ore Hill Partners LLC. Ms. Franco earned a BA in Economics from New York University.
