Mickey Harley joined Axonic in 2024 to help lead our alternative private lending group. Prior to Axonic, Mickey started an investment firm focused on global alternative investments and grew its assets under management to $1.5 billion. Previously, Mickey was the Head of Risk Arbitrage Analysis at Milton Partners. Mickey started his investment career at Allen & Co. Inc as head of its risk arbitrage and special situations desk. Directly after college, Mickey worked as a factory foreman for Proctor & Gamble. Mickey built a number of businesses in the agricultural sector, including the creation and IPO of a SPAC in the agriculture space. Mickey has a degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Yale University, an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and is a candidate for a JD degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro University.
