Mr. Passalacqua joined Axonic Capital’s investment team in 2025 focusing on residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS). Mr. Passalacqua interned at Axonic on the RMBS and ABS desk in early 2025 before returning for a full-time role later that year. He graduated from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science with a B.S. in Operations Research: Analytics, where he was a two-time captain of the varsity football team and named a First-Team Academic All-American. He also competed on the varsity track and field team.
